Refunds & Exchanges

New Left are happy to accept returns within 14 days of item delivery. Please email us at customerservice@newleft.com.au noting the item and reason for return.

 

All goods must be returned with their original swing-tags and labels intact. All items must be unworn and unwashed.

 

When trying on garments please take care not to get any make-up or perfume on the items as we are unable to accept soiled returns.

 

All returns or exchanges can only be processed after they have been received and undergone a quality control check.

 

Full-priced items can be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit. Refunds will be issued to the same card used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to clear. Exchanges are subject to availability of the preferred colour/size.

 

We do not refund or exchange on sale items, all sales are final so please choose wisely.

 

Return postage on unwanted items is at the customer's cost and liability. We recommend that you insure goods that are being returned for their full value and keep a proof of postage.
